Terms of Service

This is a placeholder. Full terms will land before public launch. The shape they will take:

• Reps are independent contractors of the merchants they rep for, not employees of merchants or repblend. California AB5 / ABC-test liability sits with the merchant, not with repblend.
• Merchants authorize repblend to set application_fee_percent on charges created through repblend-generated Stripe Payment Links, and to direct rep Transfers from the resulting platform balance.
• We use Stripe Connect. Stripe is the licensed money transmitter for all fund movements. repblend orchestrates by API call and holds commission funds in its platform balance for seconds-to-hours before the rep Transfer fires.
• Refund and dispute clawbacks are automatic. When a customer is refunded, we reverse the corresponding rep Transfer pro-rata.
• Platform fee is 1% of the original charge (via Stripe's application fee), rolled into the total fee alongside the rep's commission.
